Maritime Safety & Security Ltd (MS&S) – firma założona w 2006 roku przez kmdr. ppor. rez. Sebastiana Kalitowskiego, byłego dowódcę grupy specjalnej płetwonurków w jednostce Formoza, a także byłego oficera operacyjnego wywiadu wojskowego.
MS&S była pierwszą w Europie środkowo-wschodniej firmą branży maritime security. Początkowo realizująca zadania dotyczące szkoleń antyterrorystycznych, a od 2008 roku czynnie zaangażowana w walkę z piractwem. Jako jedna z pierwszych firm na świecie wprowadziła szkolenie antypirackie dla załóg statków: „Piractwo morskie. Postępowanie, obrona i minimalizacja strat w przypadku długotrwałego incydentu zakładniczego”. Od 2009 roku intensywnie szkoli kapitanów i załogi polskich armatorów pływających w rejonach zagrożonych atakami pirackimi. Od 2010 roku firma szkoli kompleksowo członków zespołów bezpieczeństwa morskiego przygotowując ich do uzbrojonej ochrony statków. Od 2011 roku firma rozszerzyła swoje działania o uzbrojoną ochronę statków, realizując ją na wszystkich akwenach zagrożonych atakiem pirackim na świecie.
