I would like to re-create the following style using the memoir class

I made a .cls file with
chapterstyle{veelo}
renewcommand*{printchaptername}{}
renewcommand{chapnumfont}{normalfontsffamily}
renewcommand{chaptitlefont}{normalfontHugesffamilybfseries}
and I get
