See the top of page 6 in the fancyhdr documentation. Modify the footer commands as you see fit.
Also you need to change the vmargin in the .cls file to usepackage[hmargin=1.25cm, vmargin=1.75cm]{geometry} so that the footer is visible. I got the .cls file from here.

Thevmarginin the.clsfile is too small to see it. Just change the.clsfile fromusepackage[hmargin=1.25cm, vmargin=0.75cm]{geometry}tousepackage[hmargin=1.25cm, vmargin=1.75cm]{geometry}.

In the class file you can find the command
usepackage[hmargin=1.25cm, vmargin=0.75cm]{geometry}
You need a larger vmargin. You can change this by using command
geometry{% <===========================================================
hmargin=1.25cm,
vmargin=1.75cm, % <===================================== to get footer
showframe % <========================== to show typing area and footer

in your preamble of your cv.

In the class file you can find the command
usepackage[hmargin=1.25cm, vmargin=0.75cm]{geometry}
You need a larger vmargin. You can change this by using command
geometry{% <===========================================================
hmargin=1.25cm,
vmargin=1.75cm, % <===================================== to get footer
showframe % <========================== to show typing area and footer

You need a larger vmargin. You can change this by using command

It's part of this site's idea to identify good questions and answers through upvotes and acceptance of answers.
