I'm trying to plot a simple matrix in a LaTeX document but without success.
I compile the .tex
file, then pythontex.py
, then the .tex
file again, and it compiles without errors but the final document only shows the text print(A)
, which I believe is the one out of pycode
.
Here is my code.
documentclass{article}
usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
usepackage{pgfplots}
usepackage[stdout=false]{pythontex}
usepackage{graphicx}
setpythontexworkingdir{.}
begin{document}
begin{pycode}
import pylab
import sympy
import numpy as np
from pylab import *
from matplotlib2tikz import save as tikz_save
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
A = np.zeros((3, 3), dtype=float)
print(A)
end{pycode}
print(A)
end{document}

I just noticed that the problem was the stdout=false in usepackage[stdout=false]{pythontex}, I removed it and now its printing... my bad just copying codes without knowing what it means... anyway it produced other issue, the matrix is printing all the 3 lines in the same row, how can I print a 3x3 matrix in 3 rows?
